Whole wheat Macroni have a delicious earthy flavour and is easy to cook. Suitable for vegans; it is free of artificial flavours and colours, has no added preservative and is non-GMO. Use it in all your favourite pasta dishes and salads.
How to make –
1. Place 250gms of pasta in approx 3-4 litres of water for boiling. Whole wheat macroni will double in size approximately when cooked.
2. Add spoonful of oil to pasta before boiling to ensure pastas are fluffy and non sticky. Salt may be added if desired. Stir gently and continue to boil for 5-7 minutes or until preferred texture, taking care not to overcook.
3. Remove from heat, strain immediately and rinse under running water. Serve with your favourite sauce. Add cooked pasta to soups just before serving; delicious in minestrone.
