Product Overview

LLDPE stretch film is produced by copolymerizing ethylene and other olefins at lower temperatures and pressures than LDPE films. For the majority of stretch films, LLDPE films are preferred because they have better tensile strength, impact resistance, and puncture resistance than LDPE films. Palletized goods are wrapped in stretch film to hold them to the pallet and to one another. assisting in lowering worker injuries, discouraging load tampering, and lowering product loss. Blowing extrusion produces blown stretch film. A sizable air bubble is blown inside the melted thermoplastic material as it exits a circular die. The material's thickness is determined by the bubble's volume and the extruded tube's thickness.
