Our rate is based on the number of movers and the number of trucks that are required for the job. Your relocation coordinator will make the proper estimate for you.

Normally, time charges include hours to load and unload, and the driving time from point of pickup to the destination; plus a travel time charge. Travel time accounts for the drive time from our office to the pick up and from the destination back to our office. we like to make it easy for you, therefore your relocation coordinator will provide you with a flat travel time for your move.

Materials are charged based on actual usage; there is no charge for the padded blankets used to wrap the furniture and wardrobes can be used free of charge during the move.

The secure refund policy stands if the seller ships out ordered products after the designated shipment date, or was not able to ship out the products at all, securing the buyer and seller. When not delivering products in correspondence to the product description, no valid documentation of attempt of delivery, or products have been damaged through the carrier or before shipment, reimbursement is also issued to the buyer from breach of the customer purchase contract.
