Product Overview

Piston mortar pump can transport various media such as cement slurry, yellow mud, water glass, oil, water etc.compact structure, reliable work, low failure rate, convenient cleaning and maintenance, high pumping pressure and so on. 

Masonry grout pumps are made to transport Portland cement, blended cements, sand and fine grout aggregates, non-shrinking grouts, pre-bagged mortar, pulverised lime/hydrated lime, quicklime, fly ash, pozzolan, and slag, as long as the water content is sufficient and all materials are proportioned correctly.

Detailed Information

(1) The V-belt and a pair of gears transmit the motor's rotary motion to the crankshaft. The connecting rod and crosshead allow the piston to reciprocate. The gearbox is closed, and splashes are used to lubricate the moving parts.

(2) The mortar is sent to the air by the suction valve through the pump cylinder pressure, and the bleeder valve and pressure safety device are installed on the air chamber.

(3) The piston pump adopts the electrical automatic control safety device.

(4) When the air chamber pressure exceeds the rated working pressure, the main circuit main circuit is cut off through the control circuit to automatically stop the motor.

Grout pumps are available in manual, electric, gas, hydraulic, and air powered versions and can be used to fill minor gaps and door jams. Concrete pumps are powerful enough to raise entire buildings and even concrete slabs.
Large-scale pre stressed concrete projects call for the use of high pressure grout pumps. It only weighs 9 kg and is a hand-operated diaphragm device. It is lightweight and especially useful while working on scaffolding or in confined spaces.
