We offer a 6-month warranty on our mesh, but it only applies to manufacturing flaws; we are not liable for cat or mouse bites, cuts in the net or mesh, fire, or any other unintentional damage. Please follow the claim process if you want to make a warranty claim.

You must first pay for the shipping of the damaged mesh to us. Following our verification that your request is sincere, we will replace the old Net/mesh at no cost to you. We will only replace the mesh once throughout the warranty term. appeal on more than one occasion is not significant.
