DEHYDRATED GARLIC FLAKES NEW CROP
Fresh garlic cloves are rooted, peeled and sliced. Put the garlic flakes into the drying oven, and heat to a temperature of about 55°C~75°C. White color dehydrated garlic flakes with 4%~5% moisture content are obtained after 10~12 hours drying. Dried garlic flakes are widely used for its pungent garlic flavor and aroma as a seasoning or condiment.
1.The raw materials are mainly four-six clove garlic and hybrid garlic.
2.A fast pesticide inspection will be done on the incoming garlic bulbs.
3.Fresh garlic is headed off, peeled, selected and sliced.
